About Myself
I was born and raised in the Montreal area. I graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985, and have lived in British Columbia since 1990. A resident of the Comox Valley since 1995, I am happily married, and am blessed with two daughters.
As an active member of the community, I am presently Vice-President of the Saint Joseph's General Hospital Foundation, and a Director of the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Hi my name is Lana Ferguson. I have been a licensed mortgage broker since 1992. I began my career as a Real Estate Agent and then made the transition into the Mortgage Industry a few years later. I have found the brokering industry very exciting and fulfilling. I love to help people realize their dreams by assisting in putting them into a mortgage that they feel comfortable and secure in. Being a specialist allows me the freedom to find the best mortgage for my clients. We have numerous products available with banks, trust companies, credit unions and private investors.
I have specialized mostly in the Comox Valley, and on Vancouver Island, but have also provided mortgages for clients all across Canada.
I am a wife, mother of two wonderful children and three special dogs. My interests are curling, playing softball and showing our dogs.
